Questions
What happens to the history when I sell?
It stays with the car — that's the point. Your personal details come off, but the servicing, repairs and any accidents stay on the record for the next owner.
Is this an official government thing?
No. We're independent. This is a record and a second opinion, not a certificate, and it doesn't replace anyone actually looking at the car.
How do you know a garage is legit?
We check them before they can confirm anything — registration, premises, the lot. Once they're approved, anything they add is signed and time-stamped, and they can't quietly change it later.
Can someone delete a bad repair from the record?
No. Records can be hidden from public view but never wiped, and every change leaves a trail. A history you could edit would be worth nothing.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa, card or PayPal, all on the website. Monthly or yearly, and you can stop whenever you like.
